Glory is the Program Officer at EANNASO, responsible for managing the organization’s regional grants across Anglophone Africa. With over three years of experience, she has managed donor grants from entities including The Global Fund, GIZ, and Amplify Change. Glory is passionate about working with young people, particularly Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW), to achieve universal Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). She pioneered the growth of Her Voice Fund, an initiative of the Global Fund aimed at amplifying the voices of AGYW in national policies and Global Fund processes. As a human rights defender, she is also an active member of the Menstrual Hygiene Movement platform and leads the Tanzania SRHR Advocates Platform, supported by the Sex Rights Africa Network (SRAN). Glory firmly believes in empowering young people to take control of their futures.
In her pursuit of professional development, Glory has completed courses in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Project Management through Philanthropy University, as well as a Fundamentals of Grant Writing course offered by the YALI Network, enhancing her expertise in project management, M&E, and resource mobilization.
