The Eastern Africa National Networks of AIDS and Health Service Organizations (EANNASO) is a regional network of Civil Society (CS) and Community Groups (CG) working towards elimination of HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis Malaria and other associated health challenges in Eastern, Anglophone and Lusophone Africa regions. EANNASO has expanded its focus to include broader health issues, including sexual reproductive health (SRH), climate change and pandemic preparedness and response (PPR). EANNASO supports community action aimed at ending these epidemics, aligning with SDG 3 (Sustainable Development Goal 3, which focuses on good health and well-being). By fostering collaboration, providing technical assistance, and advocating for inclusive and equitable health systems, EANNASO ensures that community voices are at the forefront of health initiatives. The organization is dedicated to enhancing the capacity of CS, enabling them to effectively address public health challenges and contribute to the overall well-being of their communities.

Its mission is to scale up meaningful community engagement in shaping national and regional responses to HIV, TB, and malaria. The organization also supports community action aimed at ending these epidemics, aligning with SDG 3 (Sustainable Development Goal 3, which focuses on good health and well-being).
EANNASO has active membership within the East Africa Community block and serves as a focal point for community networks throughout Anglophone African countries. It comprises 7 national member networks and 16 focal point national networks of civil society and communities, giving it an extensive reach to over 15,000 civil society and community groups across Anglophone Africa.
